AI Transparency
At Damsko Art, we use artificial intelligence as a creative and operational tool — always with people in the loop. In line with the EU AI Act's transparency requirements, here is exactly how AI is used on this site.
What AI helps us create
- The artwork — Our designs are AI-assisted. We create them with AI image tools under our own creative direction, then curate, refine and select what makes it into the catalog. What you see on a product page is the actual artwork you receive as a print.
- Product descriptions and translations — Our product texts and their translations (English, German, Dutch, French, Spanish) are drafted with AI assistance and are subject to our review.
- Marketing and lifestyle imagery — Some promotional images and short videos on our social channels and in our marketing show AI-generated scenes, including AI-generated people. These visuals are illustrations of how our products can look in a space; they are labeled ("Visual created with AI") and are not photographs of real rooms or real people.
- Blog articles — Our styling guides and blog posts are created with AI assistance and reviewed before publication. Each AI-assisted article carries a note saying so.
What AI does not do here
- We do not use chatbots posing as humans — if we ever add an assistant, it will identify itself as AI.
- We do not use AI to profile you, recognize emotions, or make decisions about you as a person.
- Product photos on product pages show the actual artwork you are buying.
Pricing
We sometimes use automated tools to schedule temporary discounts within limits we set ourselves. Prices you see are the prices you pay — automation never creates fake "was" prices.
